Hello, It could be something simple so I would suggest recreate the windows profile first... Delete the windows profile for the user which you are using to open EMC by login as an admin of the system, reboot the system and relogin and check Similar thread is here http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1267732&SiteID=17

Try to clear the MMC views, start-> run MMC, in the console window, click file -> options, then go to the Disk Cleanup tab and click delete files. What happens if you create custom management console and open it? References on Exchange 2007 customizing console...
